Hi Bernadette,

I called earlier but I couldn't reach you...Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that I talked to Heartland Hospice today...They wanted to let you know that they really love the beautiful work of the bouquets that are being sent...They say they really enjoy them because they are so beautiful and different each time...She also let me know that the patients receive them with such surprise, joy and heartfelt thanks...In particular she told me about a 95 year old man who had been caring for his wife. When they received the arrangement, he was moved to tears...His wife passed away last night...

I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that Odyssey Hospice and Northwest Ohio Hospice in Perrysburg really loved the flower arrangements. They kept saying how beautiful they were...Odyssey Hospice said the nurses were practically fighting over who's patient would get them. Northwest Hospice said that one bouquet went to a new patient and the other two bouquets went to current patients that had nothing in their room. Thank you so much for adding the special touches and care. I appreciate it so much.

Thank you so much for a quick delivery to Flower Hospital. As quickly as they get mom’s in and out after having a baby, and the last minute decision to send something in to Mandy and Bryan, thanks so much for getting it there last night. The kids told my wife and I that your store had literally dropped them off minutes before we arrived and there were thrilled with the flowers in the Fire Truck for Baby Jack.

Hello, When I was looking for a new florist, I was looking for something more personal than 800flowers-stuff...the store also needed to be local and small business...of course style and quality was needed as well. I think this is the third time I used your store, this time trusting you to someone very important to me, whom I cared for for over 2 years until her recent passing. All I can say is thank you. Thank you for putting together the loveliest spread . The choice of flowers were creative and appropriate - the colors were as colorful as she was. The quality of the arrangement I say is more than I expected for what I paid. I am so glad I found you. I think what I liked best is, the arrangement didn't remind me of a funeral, even thought it was arranged for one, I felt I could have had that arrangement anywhere it was so beautiful -and it would have fit with any occasion. So, thanks again for the great job, timely delivery with short notice ( 1 day ) . I'll be calling again in the future.

Comments - I just wanted to thank you for making the memorial arrangement for my fiance so beautiful! It was much prettier than the picture. You put red roses instead of red carnations & it looked so lovely. I will recommend you to anyone who needs flowers for any special occasion.

I just want to thank you for saying yes to my late in the day order with a promise to deliver to my friend Ben this very same day!!! You are amazing! I got turned down by at least half a dozen 800 number florists before I found what I was really hoping for in the first place -- a Toledo florist with a big heart!
