Which are delivered in its finest presentation and quality. We also ask you your budget and we create an arrangement that matches your vision. *OUR STORE HAS NO PRICE TAGS. This includes, Dish gardens, Funeral arrangements, Food Trays, Gifts and Baskets. We offer Late night deliveries upon request at no additional cost. We hand deliver orders to special occasions with personal greets, that no other florist will do. We offer full service event planning with contractors that can work your event. Our company is open 24 hours from Monday to Sundays. We have live customer service and we deliver around the clock daily. Our Retail Shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. 

During the holiday season we are closed during the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, Easter and Father's Day.

We will be open Mother's Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.(10:00am to 2:00pm).

Yes We Can Florist- Glass City Flowers, LLC is the only "Yes We Can" florist
in our industry. It is our goal to accommodate your needs, and it is our
commitment to answer, "Yes We Can" to your every request. If it can be done,

Processing- Each day our products are flown directly to us overnight from
around the world and arrive, at the break of dawn, crisp, fresh and
fragrant. Upon delivery to our processing center, each and every stem is
carefully inspected, fresh cut, conditioned and cooled by our seasoned staff
to ensure quality and longevity of the product.

Design- Our design staff, which boasts some of the industry's most talented
individuals, artfully blend exceptional flowers and foliages with an
artistic sensibility and a passion for design. From simplicity to
extravagant, Glass City Flowers, LLC can compliment your every wish in
floral designs.

Delivery- You can expect our outstanding delivery staff to arrive and
hand-deliver your gift in our well known and widely recognized vehicles.
Each vehicle is equipped with GPS locators and two-way radios for maximum
safety and efficiency. Every order is handled individually and guaranteed
for freshness. We are partnered up with worldwide local florist, so no
homes, rural address, offices, business, schools, parks, memorial parks,
churchs or funeral homes will be missed!

Priority Service- Allow us to introduce our white-glove delivery service: A
designated agent will be assigned to track your order and notify you at any
given time the exact status of your delivery request. Most important, your
delivery will take priority, and you will be notified within minutes of your
completed delivery, including the full name of the person who signed for
your flowers or gift. Priority Service requests are updated instantly, from
the time the order is on its way for delivery, to the actual moment it is
signed for by the recipient. Priority Service, the special attention you
deserve when you need it the most. A Glass City Flower, LLC exclusive at no
extra charge!

We can provide services to domestic, Canada and international areas.

Hand deliveries fee is $9.00 that will be added to each order placed. (Fees may vary for different delivery areas).

International Orders have a $25.00 processing fee.

Direct shipped (delivered in a box via FedEx) delivery fee vary between $14.99 and $24.99.

We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner and
offer same day delivery. The actual time your order is delivered is affected by the time
of day your order is placed, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a
remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and
how we process orders.

Delivery Status
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a
confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by
telephone and/or e-mail.

Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been
placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge. We normally allow
ONE incorrect address at no cost. So do not worry, we are here for you!

Sunday Delivery
We reserve the right for Sunday deliveries to be delivered on Saturday unless
specified under Special Instructions.

When the Recipient Is Not Home
The Driver may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and
attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement
on their behalf. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door
asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient
time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to
arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest
sending the arrangement to the workplace. The Driver is trained to exhausts
all options before he calls you! We have a Switchboard that is connected to
the post office data base.

International Floral Deliveries
Due to the various time zones between the U.S. and other continents,
same day delivery is not available. We can only guarantee delivery dates for
orders received three business days in advance.

Incorrect Address
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the
order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00
charge. We normally allow ONE incorrect address at no cost. So do not worry,
we are here for you!

*Cancellation Policy
While we process your request the moment we receive it, it is
sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network
ranges through out the world and because of the importance placed on a
timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be
very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order.
Cancellations must be done with-in 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve
the right to charge a cancellation fee of a mininium $10.00 per order for
any order cancelled after this period of time.

Hand Delivery
Hand Delivery is the acutal handling and delivery of your floral
arrangement by a local florist who will personally deliver your gift to the
recipient's door.

Today, many companies try to compete for low price and end up sending
flowers in a box overnight only to have them left at the door for the
recipient to open and assemble.

For the freshest perishable product and prompt service, we only allow
Hand Delivered floral designs for long lasting beauty that will be enjoyed
for days on end.

Rush Delivery
We understand that all deliveries are a priority and we treat each
request that way. While most deliveries are made within a 4-6 hour window,
they are not guaranteed. When Rush service is requested, your order is
processed immediatly and ahead of all other orders. The delivery is handled
manually and looked after until delivered. In many cases, rush delivery
requests are completed in 2- 3 hours from the time the order is placed. Best
of all, this service is guaranteed. There are also higher levels of Rush
delivery that can be guaranteed in as little as 1 hour. Ask your customer
service agent for details.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are always redeemable unfortunily it can only be
redeamable in Toledo, OH and may be combined with coupons online. Gift Cards
and Flower Power Cards may only be used one per order.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
